SHIPMENT POLICY
- Happygifts.in is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring safety with the highest quality packaging.
- Generally, prepaid orders are dispatched in 2 working days and are delivered within 5-7 working days in all metro cities and within 7-9 working days in the rest of India from the date of dispatch.
- Orders are shipped on weekdays only and not weekend. In case if there is high volume of orders, few shipments might be delayed by a few days. Thus the delivery is also postponed by a few days accordingly. In case that happens, same will be communicated to you via message and mail.
- To ensure that the order reaches you in the desired condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship them through the best shipping companies.
- In case none of the private services delivers in your area, we ship through India-Post (Speed-Post) after getting confirmation by the customers.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE: KINDLY MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE ORDER RECEIVED IN ORDER TO CLAIM ANY RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS.
- To return or exchange a product or report any harm on the way, please reach out to our customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and should be in the same condition in which you received it. It should be in its original packaging.
- Only defective or damaged products are eligible for returns and refunds. Tampered goods are not eligible for returns and replacements.
- Do provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, unboxing video and images of the defective item. Our customer care will investigate the issue and will reach out to you within 48 working hours.
- Only items sold at MRP may be refunded. unfortunately, items sold in sale cannot be refunded.
- Additional non-returnable items are:

If payment is done by credit card, then refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be processed in the same account.
